The benefits of yoga postures is now well established by medical research. This ancestral Indian practice helps to release tensions throughout the body and to facilitate the flow of vital energy through the spine and to the major organs. It provides the body with flexibility and a sense of well-being which in turn helps a healthy mind. A sure asset to those engaged in long seating meditations.

This year we are very fortunate to be able to offer yoga lessons with an exceptional teacher. Shiva guru-ji has been practicing yoga for 22 years and teaching since 1994.

His mastery of all assanas (or postures) is breathtaking and his ability to suit each student’s needs is only equal to his tremendous generosity.

We provide group lessons twice daily for anyone to drop in, and we can arrange one-on-one tuition for those who require more individual training.

The lessons are taking place under a mosquito-proof tent for your comfort which can accommodate up to 15 people. As we have limited means, we can only provide with basic yoga mats and meditation pillows. We kindly ask students to bring their own if they can.
